Help Desk Technician II at MarketStar
Jun 2025 – PresentI serve as the informal senior tech and primary escalation point for the help desk team. I manage over 1,700 endpoints across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android using Microsoft Intune, covering device enrollment, compliance policies, and app deployment. I run security investigations in Microsoft Defender and Purview and support SOC 2 compliance by implementing and documenting security group changes for audit purposes. I also administer FreshService, where I have built over 30 automations, and provide support for global teams across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC.
